The first tip to 10x your coaching or consultant business is to invest in the help you need. One of the biggest mistakes coaches and consultants make is to believe they can do it all on their own. This will not help you reach your goals, especially reaching those high-figure income levels you have been striving for. I have so many coaches and consultants who come to me who have been stuck at the same revenue for years. Some are stuck at $90,000, $200,000, and even half a million. There are many marketing tactics that can help grow your business, however I have found the fastest way to 10x a business is to have a mentor who can look at what is blocking you from moving forward, show you what you need to be doing, and map out the fastest path for you to reach your goals.
I personally experienced the benefit of hiring my own coach and because I invested in the help I needed, I went on to generate a quarter million dollars just a few months later. I also personally helped my own clients quickly grow their coaching business. One client was a business coach who was stuck at $250,000 and who did $300,000 in the first 8 weeks of working with me. You also need to have a clear pathway for how you are going to get your clients the results you are promising and it needs to be bundled into an irresistible offer.

I told her to shift her perspective because marketing equals money. If you find yourself saying the same thing about marketing, try to shift your perspective and change your language because marketing is what attracts clients to your business.
If you truly want to 10x your business, you need to put yourself out there in a really big way. This means showing up consistently on social media, doing live videos, running ads, speaking at events, recording videos, writing articles, or getting booked on podcasts. You need to make sure you are growing your audience and building your body of work online so that you can start to build expert authority in the marketplace.
If you want to be an influencer, someone who is sought after by your ideal clients, then you need to make every effort possible to make them aware of you.

Once you have clarity on who your ideal client is and you have a great offer, it is very important to focus on building your marketing machine.
Once you have your marketing machine in place, it is now time to direct traffic to it. You can direct free, paid, or other people’s traffic to your machine. When you begin to add paid traffic strategies, your machine becomes very powerful and predictable because you can pay x dollars for the ad knowing you will get x out of it. Building your machine is the best way to have greater control, predictability, and influence over not only the number of leads that you have coming into your business every month, but ultimately the amount of revenue you make.
#5 Focus on Providing Great Client Delivery
The fifth and final tip for 10xing your coaching or consulting business is to focus on providing great client delivery. This is one of the most overlooked aspects to growing a successful coaching or consulting business. There are many coaches and consultants who focus solely on acquisition of clients. Acquiring clients is essential to making great income, however not being able to deliver on your promised results will quickly collapse your business. You need lead generation to get clients but so many coaches and consultants try to grow so fast and are so focused on getting more and more clients, that they neglect to ensure that the clients who paid them are having a great experience and are empowered to get the best results possible.
I was intentional when growing my business so I could make sure I balanced client acquisition with systems and great support on the delivery side. The best way to ensure great client delivery is to focus on getting the clients you already have really good results and then using those results as social proof to grow your brand reputation.
The more people you help, the more people will reach out to get your help.
The power is in the proof. Focus on getting clients and then give them an amazing experience and all the support they need to get the results they desire.
