High-Ticket Coaching Niche #1: Business Coaching

One of the most well-known types of coaching niches is business coaching. In practice, business coaching is actually quite broad. There are many different categories of business coaches. For example, you could be someone like myself, who is a business coach for entrepreneurs focusing on strategy and scaling as it relates to offers, marketing, messaging, sales, and more.

Or, you could be like my client James, a business coach for corporations helping companies grow their sales teams and finetune their conversion cycle. James, a former corporate sales professional, came to me to launch his coaching business. He had tried a ton of other things that didn’t work and it wasn’t until we started working together that it all clicked. In fact, he grew his coaching business from 0 to half a million in revenue in less than a year.

As you can see, while business coaching is a great niche, there are many subcategories underneath it. You can be a business coach for specific industries, like Michele is for interior design. You can be a business coach that focuses on industries such as manufacturing, healthcare, beauty, and more. 

You can even be a business coach focusing solely on helping women or Christian business owners, like my client Judy. Judy is a Christian business coach for clients in professional services. When she first came to me her earnings were stuck at $100K and she struggled to enroll people into her $5K program. 

We repositioned her to go after a higher-caliber market and really leverage her genius and background as a corporate attorney. As a result, she confidently transitioned into selling $20K to $50k coaching programs and generating six figures in just 2 weeks.

Overall, when it comes to business coaching as a niche, there are many different opportunities out there. So long as you’re focused on helping individuals reach new heights in their business, there are so many different avenues to build a 7-figure coaching business.

High-Ticket Coaching Niche #2: Executive Coaching

The second most popular high-ticket coaching niche to scale to 7 figures is executive coaching. I work with a ton of executive and leadership coaches. Leadership coaching is a subset of executive coaching that involves working with senior-level leadership in a company.

In fact, most of my clients are professionals who’ve exited the corporate world to start a coaching or consulting business. They focus on taking what they’ve learned, packaging and then marketing it to companies.

Executive coaches typically work with senior-level executives either on an individual basis or in group settings.

When you land a client and deliver incredible results, they’ll want you to work with their team 

Executive coaching has tremendous opportunities for generating revenue because you can market to small business CEO’s and massive organizations. And the latter will happily invest in the coaching and development of their people.

The largest benefit of working in executive coaching is when you land a client and deliver incredible results, they’ll want you to work with their team. Your coaching client quickly becomes your biggest cheerleader and you now have an “in” at this organization. When you get in with the right company, that partnership alone can mean a 7-figure lifetime value of a client. 

This is exactly what happened with Joe. We successfully positioned him to land big coaching and consulting deals. Now, he acts as the go-to coach and preferred partner for one large company. This client alone will generate him 7 figures over the lifetime of their engagement.

Additionally, within executive coaching, there are many different sub-niches. I have executive coaches who focus on communication. Others who focus on employee engagement. Others who focus on productivity and high performance either at the individual or team level.  You can also become an industry-specific executive coach.   

When it comes to the c-suite, companies are willing to pay top dollar to turn their executive team into superstars. This means, just like with business coaching, executive and leadership coaching has tremendous growth opportunities through high-ticket offers. With a corporate background and passion to help people, executive coaching could be an excellent niche for you.

High-Ticket Coaching Niche #3: Life Coaching

The third best market for reaching 7 figures through high-ticket offers is life coaching. The personal development industry is a $41 billion dollar industry and growing! In other words, there’s a huge population of people hungry for personal growth, and life coaching is a perfect fit. 

Life coaching, like the other niches we discussed, can also be taken in different directions. You can be a life coach for a specific age group, specific industry, or even for a specific demographic.

You can even be a life coach focused on emotional and trauma-based healing, like a spiritual life coach. Just like my client Leo, a spiritual life coach for executives. When he came to me he was struggling to grow his business because he was going after the wrong market. 

We transformed his strategy so he could go after more conscious executives with the capital to pay for his help. The result? He built a coaching business that consistently generates $60K per month.

As a dating coach, you can help people in a variety of ways, from improving their image to helping them find a life partner. You can even specialize in helping your clients navigate changes in their relationships so they can stay together.

Dating or relationship coaching has become a powerful niche, especially following the years of pandemic-induced isolation. In fact, the dating market in general is a massive $5.9 billion in size and is projected to grow within the next five years.

If you have a passion for working with people, especially when it comes to relationships and kindling love, then becoming a dating or relationship coach is a great high-ticket coaching niche for you.

High-Ticket Coaching Niche #5: Career Coaching

Lastly, the fifth most popular high-ticket coaching niche that can help you scale to 7 figures is career coaching. Career coaches work with clients to either get them hired, promoted, or recruited. 

Working as a career coach you have a variety of methods to deliver value to clients. You can help them better understand their own strengths and weaknesses and how to article these to employers. You can teach them how to best position all of their accomplishments to land that next-level job. 

You can help them get found by professional recruiters by optimizing their online profiles and polishing their resumes. Taking it further, you could even coach clients on improving their negotiation skills in order to ask for a raise. 

Career coaching is a booming industry and a lucrative one if you know how to do it right. Just like my client Andrea, a career acceleration and high-performance coach. When she came to me she was stuck in the low six figures and charging too little for her services.  

After repositioning her to go after a higher caliber market of clients and charge higher prices, her business quickly blossomed. In fact, she generated six figures in the first 90 days of working with me. And today, she charges multiple five figures for her coaching and works with major companies like Netflix.

When it comes to choosing the best high-ticket coaching niche to scale to 7 figures there is no right answer. It’s best to choose the niche that best suits your passion, skillset, and needs. 

Because no matter what you decide, whether to become a dating, executive, business, career, leadership, or even life coach there are endless opportunities to build a 7-figure business. All it really takes is the right high-ticket offer and the right coach to get you there.
