The first month of 2023 has passed and if you’re a coach or consultant, now is the time to start planning for your seven-figure year. Are you currently struggling to grow your business and reach seven figures? Creating a high-ticket package is the key to creating that 7-figure business. This kind of high-ticket business model means selling your services for multiple five or six figures. You can be a coach or consultant who is fresh out of corporate and quickly sells high-ticket packages or an established coach and consultant who were stagnant in their growth ready to skyrocket their revenue. You will need to establish your authority, become your niche’s expert and put in the five systems in place to create a 7-figure business in 2023.

This system lays the foundation for all your business – who you serve, how you deliver results to your clients, your packages, and your pricing. This is the same foundational work I do with all my clients, regardless of their current 6 figure income level. We will upgrade your offer whether you’re starting a new business or already have an established one.

We change your system from billing by the hour or small packages to selling high-ticket packages worth $25K to $75K+. Some of my clients double their prices from $100K packages to $200K. In order to build a 7-figure business in 2023, marketing is a crucial system to master. There are three key areas you need to focus on:

  • Audience creation: finding the ideal people to buy from you and approaching them
  • Messaging: with so much competition for attention in today’s world, you need to make sure your messaging stands out and captures the attention of your ideal clients.
  • Expert positioning: If you struggle with generating significant and consistent revenue, it could be due to weak positioning. To avoid this, it’s important to understand the four common mistakes that can weaken your personal brand. By having the right strategy and shifting your perception online, you can position yourself as a true expert and attract high-paying clients.


Just like my client James, a business coach who was fresh out of corporate. He initially struggled to sell his services despite having invested in “best selling book” program and launching a course.
